Why It Works
As a health tracker, you'll get the most out of a training-grade sport watch that prioritizes accurate GPS, and extended (2 weeks) battery life. Because you're on iPhone, we filtered to watches that pair completely — including notifications, replies and contactless payments.
Deterministic
Weighted multi-criteria scoring over nine inputs. Same answers give the same ranking.
Transparent
Every score is broken into criteria with weights, fits and reasons you can read above.
Spec-based
Specs are compiled from manufacturer spec sheets and can change with new revisions. Confirm on the retailer page.
Commission-blind
Affiliate links are added after scoring. A payout never changes the order.
How to Get the Most From It
- ✓Use ECG and SpO2 readings as trends, not single data points — share with your doctor.
- ✓HRV-based readiness scores help you spot illness or overtraining before symptoms appear.
- ✓Disable always-on display + lower screen brightness to push battery past spec-sheet numbers.
