I see a lot of beginners asking about meal plans. I wanted to make sure you know about ThePrep from EatingWell (Formerly Cooking Light Magazine).
It’s a free weekly newsletter of balanced, seasonal (to North America) dinners. Sometimes also a breakfast or lunch. This week, they are also featuring 5 packable lunches.
Their plans are created by registered dieticians and well-balanced. They are tasty and easy to cook. All nutrition info is listed on each recipe.
You can see the plans and recipes on the blog without signing up but if you sign up you also get the premade grocery list. Very handy.
I don’t always make everything they send, but when I do we have never been disappointed. Very yummy.
Here’s this week’s menu of dinners under 400 calories: http://www.eatingwell.com/article/287840/7-day-meal-plan-fast-dinners-for-400-calories-or-less/?did=476634-20200104&utm_campaign=etg-the-prep_newsletter&utm_source=eatingwell.com&utm_medium=email&utm_content=010420&cid=476634&mid=28274760764
