Setting Alerts for Abnormal Heart Rate

Compatible Garmin watches can notify you when your heart rate goes above or below a specified level.  If you are inactive for a minimum of 10 minutes, and your heart rate goes above or below your set threshold, you will get an alert on your watch.

To set an Abnormal Heart Rate Alert, select your product from the list below to reveal instructions to set it up.

    2. Press and hold to access the menu
    3. Swipe and Tap settings
    4. Swipe and Tap Heart and Stress
    5. Swipe and Tap Abnormal HR Alert
    6. Turn on high or low alert
    7. Set the heart rate threshold
