December and the holidays hit me hard but I’m finally back to my normal eating and exercise habits. The picture on the left is from about a year ago and I need to remember how big I really was. I was 236 and am currently 165 with plans to lose about 10-15 more pounds.
This is the second time I’ve made a post but it truly does help to compare the two photos because I’m still in disbelief. Sometimes I still feel like that girl on the left and need to remind myself that I’ve worked hard to get where I’m at. I have a tad bit of body dysmorphia but hopefully that dwindles in time.
The conversations I’ve had in this sub have helped me along the way so I wanted to give an update and thank you all for your kindness and motivation
