I hope your having a wonderful day! I’m starting a group to keep myself and help others stay motivated for the new year!
I’ve always found myself in a downward cycle when it came to fitness. I start working out (or jogging), it lasts about 2-3 weeks. I have a couple of bad days then I completely stop. I’m trying to keep myself going this time around. I’m proud to say I’ve been at it for about 1 month now. I’m trying not to count the pounds, and focus more on how I feel. Thankfully it’s going great!
I’m starting a group to keep myself motivated throughout the year. I thought we can share tips, motivation, stories, or anything that will give the extra push to get the goals for the day accomplished. I even think it might be cool to get a group workout together (not sure if its even possible). Hope to see you all there! Let 2020 be our year!!!
