I’m a numbers person, so my progress picture had to be an Excel plot.
This represents three years of my life. Weight is in kg. My highest weight was a little more than what’s displayed – I just never weighed myself when I was that heavy so I can only guess that it was between 155 and 165 kg around Christmas of 2016.
I’ve lost a lot of weight, but somewhere along the way I also lost my motivation – that’s when my weight crept up again. I recently passed the three years mark, and I’m taking matters into my own hands once again.
I’m counting calories, eating mostly healthy (and the occasional frozen pizza), working out at home with Ring Fit Adventure and Fitness Boxing.
With the quarantine, I also gave up empty calories completely: no soda, no gum, no candy.
My next goal weight is 120 kg, which will put me at a BMI of 40. After that, I’m shooting for 105 kg (BMI: 35), 90 kg (BMI: 30) and finally 75 kg (BMI: 25). After that, I guess we’ll see 🙂
