  • FAT & Happy Dressings — This is the only brand I’ve found that uses MCT oil as its primary ingredient, making it a dressing that reliably increases ketone levels. They make three dressings: Ranch, Italian, and Balsamic. Each one contains no more than 1 gram of net carbs per tablespoon.
  • Chosen Foods — Their Lemon Garlic Dressing (0.5 g of net carbs per tablespoon) and Orange Balsamic Dressing (1 g of net carbs per tablespoon) are both great keto options filled with heart-healthy monounsaturated fats.

The listed serving size is very low, which hides trace amounts of carbs that will add up if you consume the dressing in larger quantities.
  • Bragg Organic Vinaigrette Dressing — A super tasty and healthy source of apple cider vinegar and extra virgin olive oil with 1.5 g of net carbs per tablespoon.
