Everything can be so different!
I’ve previously posted my story, so I won’t regurgitate the whole thing now.
One of my big worries this winter was gaining some of that weight back. because I’m in the north of the United States, I couldn’t get outside as much as I wanted to to exercise. I spent a lot of time and doors, a lot of time sitting around, but a lot of time watching what I was eating. I maintained a negative caloric intake to burn ratio, and was very conscientious about daily weigh in. I managed to drop about 15 pounds this winter, and coming into the spring, I’m continuing. I’ve already hiked over 200 miles since the beginning of March. And with all of that, I’ve lost a hundred and seventy-two pounds in just a tick over a year.
I know there are a lot of people to come to this subreddit, check in, and check out. Don’t let another day go by where you can’t be a better you. Make your initial goals reasonable, and track them diligently. Celebrate. Be excited.
