Holy Basil Pineapple Smoothie Ingredients

This cocktail is sweet and sour with a light coconut taste. Pineapple’s sweet intensity pairs perfectly with the tartness of pomegranate seeds, which are rich in inflammation-busting polyphenols.

1 cup coconut water
1/2 cup ice
1/2 cup pineapple
1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
2 Tbs. chia seeds

Combine all ingredients in a high-power blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Drink immediately.
