…oops, that “bowl of cereal” is more like a mountain of cereal. My “about a serving” is actually 45g of cornflakes! Oops!

On the other hand, I know why the scale has barely moved the last couple of weeks. Moral of the story, as always, is WEIGH AND TRACK EVERYTHING.

Adding more crap because apparently the automod wants irrelevant guff rather than an actual post. It really bothers me the way Robert Jordan always has to mention that women have breasts. When you cross your arms, you cross your arms. Anatomically there is no way for them to cross anywhere other than around your natural waist. Which is, by definition below the breasts. If you crossed your arms above your breasts you’d be touching your shoulders. I swear to god I wish that someone had come up with a 20th edition well edited version that cut out all the repetition of silly stuff. Each book would be 200 pages shorter and books 7-9 would be one.
