Impressive For Price. I've had the following watches: Moto 360, ZenWatch 2, Galaxy Watch (1 & 3).Most of those met an untimely end due to ONE issue, the firmware would get updated and the device would become unbearably slow. Google Watch OS or Tizen OS, didn't matter. The Moto, however, had display issues that Moto wanted me to pay for fixing (under warranty). These are a breath of fresh air. No fancy gimmicks or useless gizmos. They did a great job including features that are useful but not wasteful. Most importantly, the OS (i think it's RTOS) means it's never slow. The battery life is great. I went on a week long trip to my sister's place and didn't need to bring a charger. Used AOD 50% of the time (timed to turn off after 8pm, back on at 8am).If you want a smart watch that you can receive notifications with, but that doesn't require you to watch the battery percentage all day, this is fantastic at it.Couple of caveats (forgiven at this price point):1. Glass isn't very durable, I've got a few chips in mine.2. OS isn't super stable. I've seen it crash and reboot a few times, but the reboot time is very fast.3. Watch faces aren't really that great on the market. I attempted to make my own and you have to upload an individual picture for each number, for each position. Who designed that???4. AOD will not have the numbers line up exactly with the watch face. This is by design to save the screen from burn in.5. It should be easier to have maps display route guidance (just next turn direction and distance is all you need). Currently you need to install a companion app (which requires permissions it doesn't need) and if you put your watch down for too long (you know because you are driving...) it will put the app to sleep and you need to go back in to open it again. At the very least, remember what app was open and open back up to it.6. Duplicate text notifications. I believe this to be an API limitation from Android. However, you can solve this in software by keeping track of recent texts and double checking they aren't the same before displaying them. I've programmed a system like this before for Twitch's API due to mirror update lag. It's not beyond capability.7. The companion app (required for a lot of stuff to work) seems to collect and sell your data to offset price on watch. I'm personally fine with this, but you should know that before you buy.
Love this watch/activity tracker. After buying and returning at least 8 activity tracker over the past year. I finally found one with perfect battery life, easy to charge, and wonderful working features. The only down is that it has no blood pressure measurement available, but I really don't know how accurately blood pressure can be measured on a watch. Very happy with this purchase. Great value. Easy to read display and effortless and accurate synching via Bluetooth. Not happy with band color, so I replaced it with a more appealing color to me
Better than expected for price, when compared to the Amazfit Band 5. Please note I previously had the amazfit band 5 so I am used to the app along with its pros and cons, so just focusing on the watch. The battery on this is fantastic compared to the band. I only have to charge this every several days (at most/depending on usage). I have the following allowed for reference: calls, texts, Messenger, sleep tracking, email and Nest security camera notifications. I use it for all my workouts indoor and outdoor and it's fairly accurate on miles when compared to my Nike Run app, so more accurate I would say, in my opinion, than the amazfit band I had. I also use for bike rides.I mostly use this band to control music, log workouts, and receive notifications. I don't use the Alexa feature a whole lot, but tried it and it does work well and is responsive. I really love the find my phone feature, which the band also had, because I am always misplacing my phone. I use the side button feature to easily access the workout feature, find my phone, and music control and you can set up the order (in which they appear on the watch) of these features in the app. Good for small wrists like mine, which was an issue with the band that was too big on me. Looks way more stylish than I expected (even kept it on when going to a wedding, I have the white/ivory watch so it matched with my jewelry). Some negatives: it does irritate me a little on occasion but not sure if that's because I'm wearing it tighter than I should be. Sleep is not accurate as it tracks that I'm asleep even if I'm not fully asleep yet and just laying down waiting to start dozing off. However, I am very active and have a low resting heart rate so I wonder if that's why it thinks I'm asleep when I haven't dozed off yet. Please note this was also the case with the amazfit band. Not sure how accurate calories are when doing workouts as my Nike Run app tells me something significantly different (and don't know if the watch is the one that's wrong or if the Nike Run app is wrong), but I guess at the end of the day I don't rely on calorie count too much. Despite the negatives, overall very content with the watch after using it for almost a month.
Beautiful, functional and great battery life. One week in with the watch, liking it a lot. Things I like: 1. Beautiful bright, crisp display. 2. Smooth operation and scrolling. 3. Lots of nice looking free watch faces. 4. Very accurate GPS. 5. Accurate steps tracking. 6. Quite good sleep tracking. 7. Great battery life! Been using it for 7 days and battery at 60%. 8. Lots of workout options. 9. Good heart rate monitor. 10. Fairly small, thin and very light body. 11. App will send data to Strava etc. 12. The app is easy to read and navigate. What I don't like: 1. Data originating in Strava will not sync to Zepp app. 2. Though the heart rate monitor is pretty decent, it appears not as accurate as my dedicated heart rate monitor.I really liked me previous watch, the Garmin Venue SQ and find this Amazfit watch to be a big step up from that. My wife now has this same Amazfit GTS 4 mini and also really likes it. I would easily recommend someone consider this watch.
I bought this watch for my girlfriend who wanted an Apple watch, She loves the watch, the style the functionality, txt and calls alerts to phone, week long battery life, apple watches have to be charged daily. She can't say enough about how much she loves this watch. Fantastic value.
As a gift I watched as it was set up and put to use. The operation is great, screen is large and bright (for a woman it is super) so far accuracy is being observed and monitored. It was received as "marked and opened" but upon inspection I was satisfied with the condition so reset and set up from start. I recommend this product and seller.Update May 19, 2024It began getting more difficult to sync with phone and the button was frequently failing to open watch. I have contacted support for exchange, repair or refund. I will update on result.
Got tired of my bulky heavy Garmin epix2 and having had an amazfit watch before I went for the mini4 and very happy with its slimness excellent strap and selection of watch faces although once I found one I liked that's the only one I use....the epix was making a nasty sore on my wrist bone with its sharp edges but no issues with the very smooth mini4...its hard to beat the pric especially since it does all the sports, weather alexa and shows texts as they come in,,,would be nice to talk and answer phone but I have to rememberi its was only $120
This watch had lots of useful features Specially for MOTIVATION TO DO EXERCISES and prices is ONLY $129. AMAZING consumption of battery is good for about 10 days still 20 % left in heavy use after touching many times different screensiCons , very good screen size to see ( it is just less 2, 3 mm from those FULL SIZE) , lots of functions 120+ type of sports. Waterproof in swimming pool depth is OK. Not yet test to 100 + feet even it said 10 ATM WATER which is 330ft . However it's shell is just plastic shell , Not SUITABLE for Adventure type tough environment use. This Is just a sensor use Bluetooth to communicate with your phone. You CANNOT call ON THE WATCH , ONLY can receive vibration from notification NO speaker inside for better seal Waterproof. Also precision of different TYPE OF SENSORS is just fair I believe the quality is always related to the price.

Great Pebble Replacement. My Pebble watch finally stopped vibrating, which meant it stopped sending notifications in a timely manner. It was time to let her go. 🙁 After searching through reddit and looking for a suitable replacement, I decided on this watch for a few reasons.1) I can have a custom watchface. (I really liked my watchface from my Pebble)2) It was small, and didn't have a lot of buttons3) It wasn't a smartwatch on my wrist4) The battery life was long. (The Pebble watch could go a week without charging)This passed my list here. It's a wee bit smaller than the Pebble, but it fits comfortably on my wrist. Making custom watch faces is sort of difficult, but with a few external apps, you can install a custom one, or you can make your own. I find its heart-rate functionality to be pretty accurate. Now, the downsides (Because there are a few)1) My To-Do list keeps pulling up expired to-dos every few days. I'll wonder why my medication notification hasn't gone off, and I look and find 20 something odd expired to-dos that I have to clear out before it'll send the current notification again. I guess hitting "Done" doesn't always clear it. the app is supposed to clear expired ones, but it doesn't, so I'm not sure why.2) It has a limited selection of apps. Developing for this doesn't seem to be as easy as developing for Pebble, and so it's missing a lot of functionality that Pebble devs brought into the watch. For me, most importantly, I use this watch for medication reminders (because it is very easy for me to forget my meds that help with my memory :P).3) You sometimes need third-party apps to expand functionality. This isn't necessarily a dealbreaker for me, but it's kind of a bother, especially when the apps require a subscription or an extra payment to work. (I understand devs want to be paid! but still!)4) Sometimes fitness data doesn't sync properly. I've been using the watch and the app to track workouts, and sometimes it doesn't sync to Google Fit (and therefore Lose It) until I open one of the apps.5) The battery life can differ based on your watchface and workouts. I'm very used to Pebble's screen, and it always being on; having Always On on the watch does decrease battery life. I also found that the battery life kind of drops quickly because I work out regularly and the sensors eat up battery. Sometimes this can be fixed by restarting the watch. But, all in all, it does last quite a while; I just charge it when I shower. I love that I can find my phone, and find my watch with either or (though, the Find my Phone scared the heck out of me when I first did it, oh my GOD its so loud). And for the price, it's a pretty darn good replacement for Pebble. The touch screen is actually pretty nice. I don't personally use the Alexa features, so I can't speak to them. It's a good watch. If you're looking for a low-budget Pebble replacement, give it a try. But, all in all, for the price, this is
Long battery life. Battery life lasts around 10 days with me using it quite often. Love the features and big display which makes it easy for me to read it since I have bad eyes. I bought the renewed and it is high quality looked like it was brand new. I am very pleased with this purchase I would highly recommend it.
Complete fitness companion. The watch has a clean and elegant design that complements any sport outfit. Its battery life is impressive, easily powering through a full week's use. The compatibility with numerous fitness apps is a huge plus, making it a versatile companion for any workout routine. Additionally, the intuitive menu system ensures a smooth user experience. However, the watch is prone to scratches, and the material on the back could be more durable. Some integrated measurements, like stress levels, can be unreliable or inconsistent. Also, the buckle's color faded quicker than expected.
Best Budget SmartWatch. I have had three budget smartwatches, the first of which I bought just for the vibrating alarms on my wrist so I spent next to nothing. Then I thought Alexa on my wrist would be nice, and spent a bit more. Then I wanted some apps, and I bought this. You don't get branded apps like Spotify, etc, but the apps it comes with are so much nicer than anything you would get in a cheaper watch. And the sleep tracking is amazing! Highly recommend this as the best budget smartwatch. (And I can also recommend Amazon Certified Renewed, which I have used several times and always with great results. This item was no different - excellent delivery, packaging, and everything worked perfectly.)
Perfect entry level smartwatch. Battery consistently lasts about a week. Custom OS, and that has some issues associated with it. Compatibility is okay with Android. Must use their software, but you get most of the available functionality without a subscription. Looks nice, bright screen. Heart rate monitoring seems accurate, as does sleep tracking. Weighs almost nothing.
Super value for what I need out of a "Smart" watch. I don't wear jewelry or watches but I really wanted a device to track my workouts and daily steps as I try to get fit. I picked this up "Amazon Renewed" for ninety bucks and it's been great. The battery goes forever... like two weeks between charges, and it's on my wrist from rising until bedtime. The app (Zepp) has a lot of info, and the onboard watch OS is fairly easy to navigate, and really easy to deal with once you figure out how to make it do and track what you want.I've used the following workout functions: cycling tracker, pool swimming, strength training, hiking, yoga and racquetball. All of them "work" but make sure you configure things like lap length and what a lap "trip" is in swimming so that the tracker accurately measures your distance. Synced into the Zepp app the info from each workout gets saved, is more complete and easier to read.Works well for tracking steps, and the info can be shared / read into other apps like Apple health, and thereby into other apps like nutrition trackers (I use 1stPhorm).The watch notifies you of incoming calls and texts, though you can't answer calls or respond to texts from the watch (I don't need/want this feature). I do use the calendar appt. alert and it's been helpful.I wish there was a Pickleball workout tracker! I just use the racquetball workout tracker for this, but maybe they'll include one in a future update....Overall I'm very pleased with the insights and performance of this watch.
