Not too long ago, I visited a doctor for my yearly physical exam, and she said, “Steve, you’re in great shape and only four years away from 50!” While I thought that was great news, she then went on to say, “We differ on how we like to stay healthy. You exercise daily and keep your blood pressure low so we don’t need to take any medication. But what about the rest of America? They aren’t exercising every day, which means they are popping pills every day.”
Research indicates that the next big fitness trend of 2021 will be in how people incorporate exercise into their lives. I’ve always had a passion for health and fitness; however, I’m incredibly passionate about increasing people’s knowledge of the medicine their bodies have.
