SO much better than Fitbit. I had three different Fitbits and liked them. I switched to Garmin after buying a "new" Charge 4 and finding it was actually used. I am SO glad I switched. My Garmin has much more information, lasts twice as long on one charge, and seems to be more accurate. The only thing I don't like as much is the app - it is difficult to find information and the information displayed keeps changing (and I don't know why). I recommend it!
Keep your watches that start with "i", I'll take Garmin. This is my second Garmin watch now and the app has become part of my daily life in a good way. The watch itself is durable and good quality. I had a bad experience with the band from my previous Garmin so I ordered a replacement band before even trying the one that came with it.Garmin also just updated their app so new features and training stuff. I can connect with my friends and we can challenge each other. Even after wearing it 24 hours a day for almost a week and using it in GPS mode, I've never seen my battery go below 70%.
Excellent Battery Life. I chose the Garmin because the reviews said the charge could last up to 11 days. It actually delivers on its promise! If you turn continuous pulse ox monitoring off, it will last more than a week with light-medium use. A good way to save on battery life is to do most of your stat-checking through the app. The square shape makes sense to me, and this one is just the right size for my small wrist. I'm not a fan of silicone bands, so I immediately bought a new one.The app is not the most user-friendly one, but once you get used to it, it's okay. All the monitoring and tracking functions seem to work well. Functionality is why I chose this watch over cheaper brands. I have tried an inexpensive brand or two, and I always had problems with inaccuracy and missing notifications. Garmin does have an app store where you can download most of the extras found on other smart watches. It's pretty basic on its own, but I think that's part of why the battery lasts.
DIABETIC? This watch is the bomb. Does Dexcom CGM well but needs tweaks. I did a TON of research to find a smartwatch with great battery life and the ability to show my blood sugar continuously with regular updates. Has another eatch on order but cancelled it when I saw this one.My watchface is a Connect IQ store download from bruder_jakob (4.7 rating) which needs you to change settings until you see the face you like. Took a while to get that as I like it. TIPS: Ensure right at the top you switch Libre to Dexcom first. When changing setting on this face, DO NOT add any values to second bottom set of GRAPH values. Only add values to the TOP default graph showing at the top as you go down the settings. Otherwise you will end up with two graphs and place for nothing else as the top. This face is intended for a round face watch, so use 24 hour time setting otherwise time looks odd. Do not insert values Bottom Left, Bottom Right and use ONLY the Very Bottom value to display the CGM value. The refresh rate of this watchface is a bit slow sometimes but if I see the refresh since last update has been a while, I would just press the top right , press on the DexcomWidget discussed next and see the screen om the right hand pic.The DexcomWidget was a Dexcom Garmin standard download (2 rating) but works fine for me and I think those with issues most likely have phone setting issues rather than watch app issues.I would suggest you restart your phone your Dexcom app is on and the watch once you have your settings as you like it. This might sound strange, but I delete the ConnectIQ store once done with watchface settings, as it is as if the store app interferes with the updates from the phone. Maybe not true for you but definitely from the Google Pixel 4a5G phone I use.I hope you get your CGM setup sorted. It is absolutely worth it. Especially at night when you don't want to pick up your phone and light up the whole room to check your blood sugar. I hope this review will help some of you.1 Star drop > The sleep tracker is disappointingly slow to display in the morning. My 4 year old $40 TJINGCHONGCHA still working perfectly watch does a better job. The freeware VeryFitPro app that came with this cheap watch leaves the Garmin Connect IQ app in the dust in many ways. Garmin your Connect IQ app is not up to scratch.
Much better than Fitbit. I have worn Fitbit products since they came out and worked my way through the product line. The higher I went the more disappointed I got. The Garmin seems to not have all of the shortcomings of the Fitbit Versa models of which I wore out 3 in 2 years
So far so good. Venu is the best version , full resolution so I prefer any venu version
Fully functional for all things. Love all the things it tells me about my health, activities and lifestyle habits. It’s helping me to better understand how my sleep fuels my day, when to slow down to conserve energy and helpful with activity output and measurements. I have t yet synced with music and payment but that’s next. Comfortable watch to wear full time. Great battery longevity for what I need. Very happy with my purchase.
Awesome watch. It has a great heart rate monitor. O2 sensor is like 5 points off every time. The gps is very accurate. The music control works great. The refresh rate of the screen when scrolling in the menu is not as good as it should be. But it doesn't bother me.THE BATTERY LIFE LASTS OVER 11 DAYS. IDK, I personally think this was 100% value for the money.
Es un muy producto, tiene muchas funcionalidades para hacer ejercicio y monitoreo de salud, frecuencia cardíaca, pasos, etc. La batería le dura mucho tiempo y el modelo se ve super bien.

Attractive looking watch...does what is expected
Excellent product. Love everything about this. I done some extensive reviews of the popular similar watches out there on the market and Garmin is tops for tracking footsteps and the like.Great battery life, fast charging and beautiful display. Almost weightless on the wrist. Very customizable and love that I can download my fav Spotify music.
This replaced a Fitbit Charge 4. There is no comparison really but it does cost more. It is excellent. Looks great and works perfectly. App is good and not hard to set up. Battery is great. Bright so no problem in the sunlight to see it. Waiting for spring to try the golf app on the watch.
